Yarnworks is the premier yarn shop of northern Minnesota. Located in Grand Rapids, we carry a diverse line of knitting and crocheting yarns, patterns, and equipment and spinning fibers and equipment, as well as locally produced consignment items and a few surprises. Our mission is to provide you with the yarns and fibers you crave at reasonable prices with exemplary service.
Our bricks and mortar store really has both bricks and mortar - we are located in the penthouse suite (okay - the third floor . . .) of the Old Central School in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. More about the school here. If you are visiting beautiful northern Minnesota, please stop in and say ‘hi’ - we love to meet our virtual customers in person, and we have wonderful couches by the south windows with a great view of Grand Rapids just waiting for you to come and hang out!
But if you can’t make it up to see us in person or if you’re just wondering what’s going on at the shop, check out the website. Right now, this is basically a placemarker for us so that you can find us. But we will be adding lists of products and soon, the site will be transactional.
